my Work

With nearly 5 years of experiance with 3D, I feel it is my strongest, and personal favorite, skill I have. I spend most of my time, outside of studying for university, creating 3D work.

The work you see on the right was made for a 3D group project within University, but other projects of mine such as Spooky House on the Street, and the Wild West guns have been side projects. I do this to improve my skills, and to learn new ways of creating 3D artwork.

I've created a various amount of different models, these include:

  • Weapons

  • Vehicles

  • Characters

  • Props

  • Scenes

  • And more (which can all be found on my SketchFab or Artstation)

The programs I currently use for my 3D work are:

  • Maya

  • Substance Painter/Designer

  • Photoshop

  • Unreal Engine

  • Unity

More of my 3D work can be found on SketchFab!

With 2 years of experience between C++ and C#, I still feel that, although these are not my best pieces of work, I understand how they work and how my work can be created or adapted using these languages.

The space game on the left was created using C++, with basic features such as using vectors as a list to keep the meteorites spawning in different locations within the game. This was the first project made using C++ since learning the basics of the language.

The game on the left is called Pipe Roll, a mobile game made with C# in Unity. Using 3D to create the pipes, I used C# scripting to add force to the ball when the player tilts the phone in the direction they want to move. This was done using the accelerometer within the phone. Another feature of this game is the use of swapping the direction of gravity, as well as using shaders to show when the player has picked up the Anti Gravity pick up.

The character to the left has been fully rigged with properly functioning controls. This has been done using nurb controls, ikHandles, Pole Vectors, and more. These have all been set up and properly named in the Outliner, meaning that animators using this rig would find it easy to navigate around the rig.

My animation work is always improving and becoming more natural looking with every animation I create.

Animations created include:

  • Walking

  • Idle

  • Tied up person

  • Carrying tied up person

  • Melee swing

  • Pistol stance

  • Rifle stance
